2022 property taxes weren't paid.
- - Staff sent wires showing taxes paid, but the treasurer says they were not received.
- - Now taxes are said not to be paid while the reviewer is out $4,195.
Mr. Cooper/Nationstar/Rocket Mortgage sent me documents showing both installments paid via wire.
The Macon County (Illinois) Treasurer said they were never received.
A subsequent callback to Nationstar was when they claimed the taxes were not paid because we paid the loan off early (1 month). They are now in the process of sending me documents stating the taxes were not paid; meanwhile, I'm still out of $4,195.

- - Two $2,400 payments were sent to the company instead of United Wholesale Mortgage.
- - The bank shows United Wholesale Mortgage as the recipient.
On May 29 and June 26 2400.00 dollars was paid out of my checking account to you for my mortgage. Its supposed to go to United Wholesale Mortgage.
I don't know how this is happening. IN my bank app it shows United Wholesale Mortgage. Today 2400.00 was deposited into my checking account, which I am thinking is from your company.
Im still short 2400.00. I need this corrected as soon as possible.

- - I don't think a double payment is needed.
I'm calling in regards to a refinance I had on 12/13/2024. A bill was paid through my loan that they're saying was not paid, and they're wanting their money now.
And I was trying to figure out if they were paid because according to my paperwork, they were. And I don't think they need to be paid twice.
But when I call, nobody seems to know what's going on. Appreciate it.
