All the 800 numbers funnel back to one direct number. There is NO way to get out of the automated system.
No matter how many times I asked for "customer service" or "something else," the system NEVER let me out of the automated questions. My particular issue can not be handled in this manner.

I wish I would never have to call again
I can comb Monday to Friday or 7 days a week. Nobody answered ever ever the system you don't have is wrong. It doesn't work for everybody

Thank you for taking my message. We have had two major hurricanes.
I ended up in the hospital and did not get out until last Wednesday. I have not worked since approximately May 7 when a simple eye surgery turned into a surgical instrument being shoved through my eye. Is there any way someone can contact me? I don't know if you have forbearances, but I would appreciate if somebody would call me.
Otherwise, I have to use every cent that I have to make this month's mortgage payment, and I have not been on a mortgage payment in 37 years. Please take the time to call me back or to email me. Why is it so difficult to talk with a live person? I have been trying for hours to talk to someone and keep getting looped through the automated system.
You guys emailed me that there is a problem with my insurance for my mortgage, but I can't talk with a live person to figure this out. This is super frustrating!

I am a contractor with DF Lunsford Construction working on the rebuild of Lawrence Cottemond's property after a fire. His address is 623 Dering Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805.
I have spoken with the loss drafts department several times regarding past due payments for services rendered, and still am having no resolution. I submitted receipts, met the inspector on site, and am trying to complete this job, but Mr. Cooper is not paying. Originally this job started at $94,301.30, but due to additional damages, it has now reached $125,397.61 in the initial supplement process.
The supplement was for workI already completed of $31,049.45 and Mr. Cooper is sending a check weeks later for $12k. Your loss drafts department has assessed that only 40% of the job has been completed by whatever terrible math is used to determine that. To date, all structural repairs, brick veneer, HVAC rough-in, Electrical panel upgrade, 200 amp service, meter base, and a new roof/roof framing have been completed.
I need to insulate, sheetrock, install flooring, hang a couple lights, and put covers on the outlets in order to finish. If possible, can someone with enough managerial authority call me to explain why there is not sufficient cash flow to continue to repair this customer's home? We have been under contract for the repairs since May 8th, and a 2-3 month job is still not being able to be completed due to a lack of funding. You have received $116,016.41 to date from the homeowner on this insurance pay out and it is absolutely appalling that only $53,000 has been paid out.
The electrical and HVAC receipts for my subcontractors was nearly $30k, the roof was another $15k, the framing and structural repairs were another $20k, the removal of contents was around $6k, the dumpsters, portable toilets, etc. all cost money. If this is not resolved with some urgency, this house will continue to sit in a state of disrepair. I have paid out of pocket to complete the level of repairs to date due to the negligence in this process.
Your customer is livid, and out of options on how to proceed. Can you please get me to a person that can assist this homeowner in getting back in his house and on with his life?

I am not able to talk to any representative!!
My renewal date was on a Sunday thats why it was not renewed till the next day and now I have to go through many steps to prove that my homeowners insurance was renewed.

I get it but some problems and questions can not be solved by anautomated system. Sometimes you need to talk with someone and it should not be that hard.
