I don't know why there is no way to contact a human at your company. I have gone through a zillion options and never once got a real person.
I am tired of all this online back and forth.
I would not recommend Mr. Cooper to anyone shopping for a loan.

Unclaimed property
I received a letter today from the California State Controller stating I had unclaimed property (money)? And to contact you.
However, when I called I wasnt given the opportunity to request a customer service representative. The automated system stated that I didnt have a refund.

Preferred solution: A pay off.

You took $1200 from my checkiYng account without any authorisation... Good news --- you put it Back on the 31st.
How did you get an authorization to do that ??
You must have some relationship with M&T bank..

You owe me at least $39 for a "Bounced" Additionally it looks like there are a number os checks that will receive the same treatment next week.

Terrible company
Got a letter saying my account needed updating, gave a number to call customer service agent, but all you get is automated system wont let you talk to a human being. Tryed 4 different numbers and they all go back to automated system. Only been with them 2 months but iam looking hard for another lender.

Question
Customer service not good at all, no one answers when call, just a tape only. We need to fix that, that a big issue.
There is no way to talk to a customer service rep. Computer will not allow to speak to a person. Very frustrating

What's going on with the customer service where you cannot speak to a live person? I would like to speak to a person, not a recorder.
